Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim, the Prosthodontics Department organized an honoring ceremony for Professor Dr. Hikmat Jameel on the occasion of his retirement. The event was attended by the respected Dean of the College, the Head of the Prosthodontics Department, Lecturer Dr. Mustafa Mahdi Jassim, along with a number of faculty members and staff of the department.
During the ceremony, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Professor Dr. Hikmat Jameel in recognition of his distinguished scientific and academic career, marked by dedication and achievement. In his speech, the Dean praised the prominent role played by Professor Dr. Hikmat Jameel in serving the educational institution, commending his outstanding contributions to the development of the educational process and the advancement of students’ academic standards throughout his years of service within the Prosthodontics Department, as well as his effective role in preparing generations of competent dentists who have, in turn, contributed to serving the community.
For his part, Professor Dr. Hikmat Jameel expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for this kind gesture, noting that his years of service at the college were filled with challenges and successes he takes pride in, and wishing the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad continued progress and prosperity.
