About the Unit

The Journal and Editorial Support Unit is responsible for organising and following up manuscripts submitted for publication in the College's scientific journal. Its work includes receiving manuscripts, formatting them according to the approved journal template, coordinating peer-review procedures, following up reviewers' comments, and communicating with the Editorial Board throughout the publication process.

Main Duties of the Unit

Manuscript Formatting and Typesetting

Formatting and typesetting submitted scientific manuscripts in accordance with the approved journal template and publication requirements.

Electronic Manuscript Processing

Receiving manuscripts electronically, forwarding them to reviewers, following up the peer-review process, and coordinating scientific comments and revisions with reviewers and the Editorial Board.

Follow-up of Printed Submissions

Receiving printed manuscripts, forwarding them to reviewers, and following up peer-review procedures through continuous communication with reviewers and members of the Editorial Board.

Open Journal Systems (OJS)

Manuscripts and editorial procedures are managed through Open Journal Systems (OJS), which supports the organised electronic management of manuscript submission, peer review, reviewer communication, editorial follow-up, and the different stages of the publication process.
