The University Quality Assurance and Performance Division is a specialized unit within universities that aims to improve the quality of education and university services, ensuring the application of academic and administrative performance standards. The division seeks to promote a culture of quality and ensure continuous improvement in all university activities, including teaching, scientific research, and administration. The tasks of the University Quality Assurance and Performance Division include the following:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Implementing quality standards<\/strong>: Monitoring the implementation of approved local and international academic and administrative quality standards, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic goals.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Performance measurement<\/strong>: Evaluating the performance of academic and administrative departments through specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing the results to take corrective actions when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Academic accreditation<\/strong>: Working on meeting the requirements of local and international academic accreditation, ensuring the university’s reputation is enhanced and its academic programs are of high quality.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Continuous development<\/strong>: Designing and implementing continuous improvement plans and programs based on the results of internal and external evaluations to raise performance levels in various fields.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Self-assessment<\/strong>: Encouraging and organizing self-assessment processes for departments and colleges to ensure the improvement of education, scientific research, and services.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Training courses and workshops<\/strong>: Organizing training programs and workshops for faculty members and administrative staff to develop their skills and ensure the application of quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Report preparation<\/strong>: Preparing periodic reports on the level of quality and university performance, and presenting them to university management for appropriate strategic decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Surveys<\/strong>: Conducting surveys among students and faculty members about the quality of education and services provided, using these results to improve performance.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Ensuring research quality<\/strong>: Supervising the quality of published scientific research and ensuring compliance with academic and research integrity standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
