It was presented by Prof. Dr. Ban Fadel and Zahraa Ali.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The course aimed to explain one of the modern methods of genetic analysis and encouraged researchers to get benefit from it in their future research.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The course included the following topics:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">1. &#8211; Definition of single mutations, their applications and methods of analysis<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2. Introduction to high-precision thermal analysis, its applications and benefits<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3. Steps of genetic analysis of single mutations by high-resolution thermal analysis<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">4. Sample preparation<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">5. Primer design<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">6. Turn on the genetic analysis machine<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">7. Install the program<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">8. Analyzing the samples and reading the results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The workshop presented the advantages of the test:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">1. Ease of use and can be used by non-professionals researchers .<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">2. Short time is required as it can be used for 100 samples at the same time.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">3. The material cost is less than other types.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">4.
