Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul-Razzaq Al-Hashemi, the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a symposium entitled (Pseudolesions of the oral mucosa) delivered by lecturer Nour Saad.<\/span>
\nThe symposium aimed to clarify the most common types of Pseudolesions of the oral mucosa, and the possibility of the occurrence of the lesions. The differential diagnosis of pathological conditions, and their association with syndromes and systemic diseases were also presented, in addition to the management of these cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lecturer recommended for the necessity of identifying them in order to determine the correct differential diagnosis of oral diseases and to avoid inappropriate medical or surgical treatments. In fact, Pseudolesions of the oral mucosa require no treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n
