It was delivered by the assistant professor. Firas Bashir Al-Taweel and Lecturer. Rasha Salah Abboud and the assistant lecturer Muhammad Saeed, in the presence of several faculty members and post-graduate students at the college.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The course aimed to present new methods in treating gum diseases and benefit from all developments, such as the use of 3D printers and learning about different types of suturing methods approved for closing periodontal surgeries.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The course also included several topics, including:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">1. Host modulators: a possible adjunctive to non-surgical periodontal therapy.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">2. 3D printed scaffolds for periodontal regeneration.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">3. Suturing in oral surgery.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The course recommended the possibility of using some treatments that affect the body\u2019s response to periodontal disease. And benefit from it in non-surgical periodontal treatments.
