Introduction to Oral Health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">2. Essential Vitamins and Their Role in Dental Health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">3. Essential Minerals for Dental Health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">4. The Effect of Vitamin D on Dental and Gum Health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The scientific symposium recommended the necessity of following a balanced diet rich in essential vitamins and minerals, which is essential for maintaining dental health. Vitamins A, C, D, and K, along with minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and fluoride, play a crucial role in promoting strong teeth and healthy gums. By prioritizing these nutrients, individuals can improve their oral health and reduce the risk of dental problems.
