The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Soha Talal Abdul, with the attendance of the Associate Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Saif Siham Saleem, along with several faculty members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the key regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the verification of postgraduate applicants\u2019 (Master\u2019s and PhD) data for the academic year 2025\u20132026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Topics discussed included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Application procedures and both electronic and paper-based verification mechanisms, with the participation of the verification committee members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">General and specific admission requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Criteria for applicant comparison and prioritization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Special instructions concerning the families of martyrs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Review of recent updates to the electronic application system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The workshop concluded with recommendations stressing the importance of accuracy and caution when verifying applicants\u2019 files\u2014both paper and electronic\u2014in order to avoid errors and ensure the verification process runs smoothly.
