{"id":5577,"date":"2024-10-01T08:12:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T08:12:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.codental.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5577"},"modified":"2026-03-01T08:18:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T08:18:37","slug":"the-college-of-dentistry-organizes-a-scientific-seminar-on-community-acquired-pneumonia-cap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.codental.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5577","title":{"rendered":"The College of Dentistry Organizes a Scientific Seminar on Community-Acquired Pneumonia (CAP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghd Abdul Razzaq Mohammed, the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific seminar entitled \u201cCommunity-Acquired Pneumonia (CAP).\u201d The seminar was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Wafaa Mansour and attended by a number of faculty members of the college.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The seminar aimed to explain the types and treatments of community-acquired pneumonia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The seminar covered several key topics, including the concept of pneumonia, defined as inflammation of the lungs caused by microorganisms. Pneumonia is the leading infectious cause of death worldwide among children under five years of age.
