{"id":5992,"date":"2026-03-30T16:38:39","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T16:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.codental.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5992"},"modified":"2026-03-30T16:38:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T16:38:39","slug":"college-of-dentistry-organizes-a-seminar-on-the-importance-of-afforestation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.codental.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=5992","title":{"rendered":"College of Dentistry Organizes a Seminar on the Importance of Afforestation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim, the Unit of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad, organized a seminar titled \u201cThe Importance of Afforestation\u201d on the occasion of the National Afforestation Day, with the attendance of a number of the college\u2019s students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The seminar was delivered by Dentist Huda Ahmed and aimed to highlight the importance of afforestation and its vital role in preserving the environment. It also addressed its positive impact on improving the university environment and enhancing students\u2019 psychological well-being, as natural surroundings help reduce stress and promote a sense of comfort and belonging.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The seminar covered several key topics, most notably the concept of afforestation and its importance in achieving environmental balance.
