{"id":6139,"date":"2026-05-17T19:14:45","date_gmt":"2026-05-17T19:14:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.codental.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6139"},"modified":"2026-05-17T19:14:45","modified_gmt":"2026-05-17T19:14:45","slug":"training-course-on-employee-discipline-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.codental.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=6139","title":{"rendered":"Training Course on Employee Discipline Law"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Under the patronage of the esteemed Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad \u2013 Legal Department organized a training course entitled \u201cState and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991, as amended.\u201d The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Imad Bandar Atwan and attended by a number of faculty members and staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The training course aimed to enhance the legal and administrative knowledge of employees and workers in state institutions regarding the provisions of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991, as amended. It also aimed to clarify job rights and duties, and the mechanisms of legal accountability, thereby contributing to raising the level of job discipline and achieving sound institutional performance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The training course included several key topics, most notably:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2022 An introduction to the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law and its objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2022 The duties of a public employee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2022 Disciplinary violations and penalties stipulated in the law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u2022 Administrative investigation procedures.
