Introduction<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The Planning, Studies and Follow-up Division is one of the principal administrative divisions within higher education institutions. It is responsible for preparing statistical reports on the numbers of students and staff (faculty members and employees), identifying the College\u2019s academic, administrative, and technical staffing requirements according to specialization, and providing data to support institutional planning and decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">2. Statistics Unit<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Preparing the annual University and Technical Statistics Report, including statistical tables on undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty members, employees, equipment, laboratories, workshops, clinics, the scientific journal, library holdings, and financial statistics issued at the beginning of each academic year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Preparing the Annual Report containing statistical tables on students, faculty members, and employees for verification and follow-up of the annual university statistics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Preparing annual workforce and staffing movement reports according to qualifications, academic titles, job titles, salary grades, years of service, and job descriptions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Preparing the Annual Graduates Bulletin showing undergraduate and postgraduate graduates by specialization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Preparing the Annual Staffing Tables showing employees, job grades, and vacant positions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Preparing Quarterly Activity Reports every three months.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">B.
