The regular meeting of the Council of the College of Dentistry was held at the University of Baghdad, where the twenty-third session took place on Wednesday, 3/27/2024, in the presence of Professor Dr. Raghad Abdel Razzaq Muhammad , Dean of the College of Dentistry, and the members of the Council, the assistants and heads of the scientific branches.
The meeting dealt with reviewing the directives of the Ministry, the University, and the Honorable Dean, and taking the necessary decisions to preserve the interest of the college. The Head of the Department of Oral and Dental Health, Dr. Ali Khorshid, was hosted based on the principle of institutional integration between government departments to provide the best health services to our beloved Iraqi community, taking into account improving the outputs of Iraqi dental colleges and graduate specifications in a manner consistent with modern technologies and artificial intelligence in dental sciences.
Many topics related to scientific affairs and lecture notes from a number of master’s and doctoral graduate students were also discussed. In addition to discussing proposals submitted by scientific branches for the purpose of study and approval.
This meeting comes within the framework of the College Council’s regular meetings and takes appropriate decisions according to its agenda, in accordance with specific instructions and controls. With the aim of implementing the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the directives of the Presidency of the University of Baghdad related to the conduct of the educational and academic process.
