The College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad, organized a campaign for afforestation and cultivation of various shade and seasonal plants and thyme resistant to various climatic conditions. In the gardens of the college and its teaching hospital.
The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashimi, stated that during his follow-up of the process of planting plants, the campaign comes as part of a series of campaigns carried out by the deanship of the college periodically to support and implement planned projects to advance the reality of services for the mother college, increase green spaces, take care of the aesthetics of the college’s gardens and maintain its sustainability through the implementation of afforestation campaigns and the cultivation of various types of plants, ever green shades in addition to planting seasonal flowers.
The campaign began in mid-September of the year 2020
Participated in the campaign, the gardening unit and the Maintenance and Services Division of the College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad.
The aim of the campaign was to take care of the mother college’s gardens and general hygiene because of their positive impact on the health of the college’s employees and visitors.
