University of Baghdad/ Faculty of Dentistry has organized a symposium entitled (The importance of cybersecurity in the higher education and scientific research programs, in the presence of dean of faculty of dentistry Prof Dr.Raghad Abdul Razzaq and heads of faculty departments and administrative staff.
The objective of the symposium was to increase the awareness of the teaching staff and affiliates and how to face
the cybersecurity risks during teaching and professional duties.
The symposium also included the use of a number of softwares specialized in cyber security, which would support its users to bypass cyber attacks.
The lecturers recommended taking all necessary precautions to bypass the cyber security obstacle to avoid wasting the efforts of the faculty staff as a result of exposure to the risks of using the Internet.
At the end of the symposium, shields and certificates of appreciation were distributed by the respected Dean of the faculty to the lecturers and members of the Cyber Security Committee in the College.
