The lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Akram Faisal Al-Huwaizi
The aim of the lecture was to describe fifteen cases in which the same pieces were used, but on other teeth that are not designed for them, in order to obtain new advantages of the device that are compatible with the treatment of different cases of malocclusion.
He presented fixed orthodontic appliances of different types. Each device consists of 20 different pieces, each piece designed for a single tooth. However, malocclusions were diverse and their treatment requirements were different.
Recommendations: Use fixed orthodontic appliances in a flexible manner to suit each case and avoid using the same method to treat all the various cases.
