Communication with graduates is carried out through the Recruitment and Employment Unit, which is affiliated with the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs. The main tasks and duties of the Recruitment and Employment Unit include:

  • Organizing workshops in coordination with the Recruitment and Employment Center at the university presidency, targeting first-year students to guide and advise them on the importance of the specialization they have been admitted to.
  • Preparing and implementing annual plans for exhibitions, seminars, and workshops related to the Recruitment and employment of (students and graduates) of the college, and sending them to the Recruitment and Employment Center at the university presidency for approval.
  • Coordinating with the academic departments of the college to prepare and organize a database of students and graduates.
  • Preparing a comprehensive report at the end of each year, including the courses held and comparing them with the planned schedule, showing completion rates.
  • Coordinating with the relevant academic departments within the college to develop curricula for summer training.
  • Coordinating with the academic departments in preparing a special form for student participation in summer training.
  • Coordinating with the academic departments in preparing an evaluation form for the results of students’ summer training.
  • Coordinating with the academic departments in the college to collect and unify evaluation results for trainees (continuous training).
  • Preparing training programs for students and graduates (continuous training) in coordination with related entities (public and private sector institutions).
  • Coordinating with the Recruitment and Employment Center in the area of graduate marketing and preparing a semi-annual statistic of the number of graduates marketed to government institutions and the private sector.
  • Following up with graduates after their employment in government institutions and the private sector to evaluate the extent of benefit from their specialization.
  • Preparing an accurate and comprehensive database on the graduates and students who have been trained, ensuring coordination with the Recruitment and Employment Center at the university presidency regarding the required data.
  • Collaborating with academic departments and related entities within the college to prepare studies on the compatibility of curricula and admission plans
