The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a training course entitled How to Fill Out the Performance Evaluation Form According to the Developments for the Academic Year 2023-2024. It was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sahar Hashem and Eng. Rasha Muhammad Shaker, in the presence of a number of faculty members in the college.
The aim of the course: To familiarize participants with the mechanism for filling out the performance evaluation form for lecturers according to the new form for the academic year 2023-2024.
The course also included several axes: It included explaining the steps for filling out the annual performance evaluation form for lecturers, clarifying the paragraphs and axes within the guide theoretically, stating the degree of each axis and how to calculate the degrees, and then applying the filling out of the form practically with lecturers.
The course recommended the necessity and importance of knowing the form information and the mechanism for applying the paragraphs to future activities.
