In an achievement that reflects distinguished scientific and academic standing, the President of the Al-Orouba Foundation for Human Rights, Ms. Arouba Al-Qaisi, honored the Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim, by awarding him the Shield of Excellence and Creativity among the Best Personalities of 2026, in recognition of his outstanding role in the scientific and humanitarian fields.
The honoring ceremony took place in the presence of the Foundation’s Vice President, Mr. Abdullah Kadhim Mansour, in appreciation of the respected Dean’s scientific, administrative, and humanitarian efforts, which have contributed to supporting the academic journey and advancing the scientific level, in addition to his role in enhancing the university education environment and encouraging scientific and research activities.
This recognition reaffirms the active presence of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad and its academic and community achievements that contribute to promoting the values of creativity, excellence, and community service, reflecting a bright image of Iraqi educational institutions and their scientific competencies.
