College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad has held a meeting with Association of Dental Education in European (ADEE) via the association’s electronic platform “Zoom” over two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, October 15-16, 2024. This meeting aims to discuss ways to grant European international integration of College of Dentistry /University of Baghdad educational programs.
The meeting was chaired by the Dean of College of Dentistry /University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi, and a number of professors and specialists from both sides have joined the meeting. During the meeting, our academic programs and educational curricula applied in the college were reviewed. In addition, they have discussed possible ways to develop these programs in line with international European standards in dentistry.
College of Dentistry /University of Baghdad committee has shed they light on the efforts made by the college to achieve the highest levels of academic quality, ensuring the advancement of Dental education in Iraq in Baghdad University.
This meeting is considered an important step in the process where College of Dentistry / University of Baghdad is seeking to enhance its scientific and academic position internationally and build strong partnerships with international scientific institutions. It also reflects that College of Dentistry keened to provide high-quality educational programmes that meet the requirements of the era and keep pace with developments in the field of dentistry, thus contributing to strengthen its position as a leading institution in dental education.
