Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, held a meeting with the staff members of the College’s Electronic Website Unit to establish a systematic plan for developing the official college website. This initiative comes within the framework of enhancing the College’s digital presence and modernizing the electronic services provided to students and academic staff.
The meeting addressed mechanisms for developing the website in accordance with the latest technical standards, with a focus on continuously updating and publishing news and information in both Arabic and English languages, thereby strengthening effective communication with various sectors of the academic and professional community.
The discussion also covered strategies to improve the level of performance and overcome the challenges facing the Website Unit, ensuring the provision of distinguished electronic services that support academic and administrative communication. In addition, several ideas and proposals were reviewed regarding the modernization of the website’s visual design, facilitating access to academic and administrative information, and enhancing user experience in a manner that contributes to presenting comprehensive content reflecting the College’s achievements and diverse activities.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuously developing the electronic website in line with rapid technological advancements, stressing the necessity of teamwork in achieving the College’s vision of providing integrated electronic services that support the educational process and meet contemporary requirements.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean commended the efforts exerted by the staff of the Electronic Website Unit, affirming the importance of continuing institutional collaboration to achieve the desired objectives and further enhance the level of performance and services provided.
