This laboratory is one of the laboratories of the Basic Sciences Department at the College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad. It was recently established in 2017 and is located on the fifth floor of the college building. The laboratory has an emergency exit on the opposite side.
The laboratory is used for practical lectures and teaching students how to handle equipment and chemical materials, providing all educational services that benefit the students.
Students are received in the laboratory according to a schedule prepared by the Student Affairs officer.
The laboratory aspires to be at the forefront of other scientific laboratories in training undergraduate students at the college, providing all the necessary resources for scientific research for faculty members, participating in student training, and keeping pace with scientific developments in other colleges and universities inside and outside the country, in addition to the creative role of the medical chemistry laboratory in solving health problems and improving the lives of the community.
