Under the auspices of the respected Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdel Razzaq Muhammad,The College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad, organized a workshop entitled: (How and Mechanism to Evaluate Performance)
provided by m. Noor Falah Kazem, in the presence of a number of faculty members
The workshop aimed at a detailed explanation of the performance appraisal guide for the academic year 2021-2022 with all its axes and paragraphs, according to the form for each category and the method of filling out the forms.
The workshop themes included the following paragraphs
• View the evaluation guide file and explain the method of calculation
• View the activity summary form
• A form for evaluating the performance of faculty members for the academic year
• Evaluation file of administrative teaching performance in universities and colleges
• A form to evaluate the performance of the part-time faculty members
• Job Performance Evaluation Form at the Center of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its associated institutions
• Daily wages and contracts
• craftsmen
The lecturer recommended that the current workshop material be given at the beginning of each performance evaluation process
