The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled Annual Performance Evaluation, delivered by Lecturer Nour Falah Kazem
In the presence of a number of faculty members.
The goal of the workshop: to clarify and explain the performance evaluation guide for the academic year 2022-2023 with all its axes and paragraphs.

The workshop included topics including:
• Evaluation guide file and explanation of the calculation method.
• Activities summary form.
• Faculty member performance evaluation form for the current academic year.
• The evaluation file of administrative teaching performance in universities and colleges.
• Performance evaluation form for part-time faculty members.
• Job performance evaluation model at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its associated institutions.
• Daily wages and contracts.
• The craftsmen
The workshop recommended: the importance of presenting a workshop under the current title at the beginning of the actual procedures for evaluating performance.
