On the sidelines of the Saudi Dental Society conference, which was recently held in Riyadh and the FDI Regional Congress, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi, representing the Iraqi dental colleges, gave an important speech in which he discussed the health level in the field of dentistry in Iraq and the developments witnessed by the medical education sector, in addition to future plans aimed at improving oral and dental health by adopting the latest educational programs in dental colleges.
During the speech, the representative of the Iraqi dental colleges called on the World Dental Federation (FDI) to cooperate in the field of health care, which would contribute to developing the services provided and enhancing the capabilities of medical personnel.
As part of the conference activities, an important meeting was held with the President of the World Dental Federation (FDI), who praised the progress witnessed by the health education system in Iraq, stressing the importance of enhancing joint cooperation to ensure sustainable health care through continued communication between the two sides.
Iraq’s participation in this conference reflects its commitment to developing the dental sector and openness to international expertise to achieve the best health and educational standards.
