Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Muhammad, the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled “The relationship between audio technology and the detection of diabetes” presented by A.L. Iman Amer Ahmed. In the presence of a number of faculty members in the college.
The aim of the workshop was to explore how to use audio technologies in the early detection of diabetes.
The workshop also included several axes, including a review of previous research on the use of audio waves in medicine, especially in the field of chronic diseases such as diabetes. As well as the techniques used, including the analysis of audio technologies such as ultrasound, artificial intelligence, and audio analysis for medical diagnosis.
The workshop recommended the need to encourage more research and development in the use of audio technologies to diagnose diabetes early.
