2. Essential Vitamins and Their Role in Dental Health.
3. Essential Minerals for Dental Health.
4. The Effect of Vitamin D on Dental and Gum Health.
The scientific symposium recommended the necessity of following a balanced diet rich in essential vitamins and minerals, which is essential for maintaining dental health. Vitamins A, C, D, and K, along with minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and fluoride, play a crucial role in promoting strong teeth and healthy gums. By prioritizing these nutrients, individuals can improve their oral health and reduce the risk of dental problems. Regular dental checkups and good oral hygiene practices, along with proper nutrition, are also key to achieving optimal dental health.
