Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi, Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, along with several members of the College Council, attended the 2024 General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities held in Baghdad. The conference commenced on Monday at the University of Baghdad.
A number of key topics listed on the agenda were discussed during the conference. The President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific research in Iraq and supporting the quality of education. He stressed the need for cooperation in supporting research initiatives and motivating students and researchers. He also highlighted the importance of expanding scientific and research partnerships with Arab universities, thereby contributing to improving the ranking of Iraqi universities in global classifications.
The participation of the College of Dentistry in this conference reflects its commitment to active engagement in advancing education and scientific research at the Arab level. It also reinforces academic collaboration among Arab universities to achieve sustainable development in the fields of science and education in service of Iraqi society.
