Under the patronage of the esteemed Dean of the College of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Mohammed,
the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, through the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training workshop entitled “Teamwork Skills.” The workshop was delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Sahar Hashim Abdul Kareem, with the attendance of several faculty members and staff.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of teamwork and to identify the skills necessary for the success of a work team, which contribute to achieving the desired goals.
It covered several topics, including the fundamentals of teamwork, the skills required for team success, the importance and benefits of teamwork, as well as methods for developing teamwork skills.
The workshop recommended emphasizing the necessity of teamwork, noting that working within a team can be rewarding and inspiring when implemented correctly. It also stressed the importance of developing teamwork skills and building positive relationships to ensure increased productivity and the achievement of shared objectives.
