Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Mohammed, the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a training course entitled “Scientific Research with Artificial Intelligence” as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week activities.
The course was delivered by Assist. Lecturer Iman Amer, with the attendance of several faculty members.
The training course aimed to enable participants to benefit from artificial intelligence technologies in supporting and improving the research process across various academic and scientific fields. AI has become a vital tool that contributes to enhancing the quality and efficiency of research, while also equipping trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills.
The course covered several key topics, including:
- Introduction to artificial intelligence and scientific research.
- Automation of research processes.
- Ethical aspects of using AI in research.
- The future of scientific research and artificial intelligence.
The course concluded with the following recommendations:
- Employing AI technologies as an essential part of the research process, especially in big data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Keeping pace with continuous updates in AI technologies.
- Following developments in AI and big data fields.
- Ensuring data integrity and avoiding bias in the models used.
