In line with the directives of the University of Baghdad / Department of Media and Communications, the College of Dentistry – Government Media and Communications Division organized an awareness campaign on Autism Spectrum Disorder, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote health and social awareness among students and the university community.
The campaign included the display of awareness posters throughout the college and on the electronic light board, presenting the concept of autism spectrum disorder, its main symptoms, methods of supporting individuals affected, and proper approaches to interacting with them. These efforts aim to enhance their integration into society and improve their quality of life.
This campaign reflects the College of Dentistry’s commitment to its humanitarian and educational role, and its dedication to building a more aware and understanding university community regarding health and psychological issues.
The college administration reaffirmed its continued support for awareness initiatives that seek to spread knowledge and strengthen a culture of acceptance and inclusion both within the university and in the wider society.
