Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghd Abdul Razzaq Mohammed, the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, represented by the Information Technology Division in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training course entitled Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
The course was delivered by Engineer Fatima Shaker and Engineer Ahmed Hussein, with the attendance of a number of the college’s faculty members and staff.
The aim of the training course:
To introduce participants to, and provide practical training on, how to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
The course included several key topics, namely:
1. Typing, editing, and formatting text.
2. Using mailing lists and printing options.
3. Entering data and creating tables in Excel.
4. Using formulas and functions.
The course recommended organizing additional training sessions on computer applications due to their importance in the work of the college’s staff and faculty members.
