Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul-Razzaq Mohammed, and as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific seminar entitled:
The Effect of the Inner Peel of Orange on Teeth Whitening
The seminar was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Fadia Abdul-Muhsin Mohammed Ali and attended by a number of faculty members.
The seminar aimed to explain the concept of teeth whitening.
The seminar covered topics including the causes of tooth discoloration, the most important methods used in teeth whitening, and natural materials used in the whitening process, including the inner peel of oranges and its effect on teeth.
The seminar recommended following a healthy diet to reduce tooth discoloration, such as limiting the consumption of coffee, tea, and artificial juices. It also recommended adhering to a schedule for detecting and treating any dental problems immediately by a dentist and using modern and safe teeth whitening methods.
