As part of its commitment to ensuring smooth administrative and academic procedures for postgraduate admissions, the Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim, inspected the workflow related to applicants for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2026–2027. The visit aimed to directly review the mechanisms of processing applications and to follow up on the approved organizational procedures.
The tour included monitoring the work of the electronic and paper auditing committees responsible for reviewing the files of postgraduate applicants, observing the stages of task completion, and ensuring compliance with the regulations and ministerial instructions in place. This guarantees the highest levels of accuracy, transparency, and fairness in the application and auditing process.
During his visit, the esteemed Dean emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts and providing an appropriate organizational environment to complete applicants’ transactions smoothly and efficiently. He praised the role of the specialized committees and the administrative and technical staff in reviewing and auditing files according to the official procedures.
This follow-up reflects the ongoing approach of the College’s administration in directly supervising various administrative and academic aspects, contributing to the enhancement of institutional performance quality and the provision of the best services to postgraduate applicants.
