Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdel-Razzaq Mohammed Al-Hashemi the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled Practical Aspects in Oral Medicine., which was presented by (Professor Dr. Fawaz Dawood) and (Professor Dr. Amina Rehan).
The workshop aimed to provide practical treatments for patients suffering from neuritis
(auriculotemporal nerve by using the local anesthesia).
As well as how to use local anesthesia to reduce the pain associated with inflammation of the nerve (auriculotemporal nerve).
The presenters of the workshop called for the necessity of conducting the necessary clinical and laboratory tests in order to give the required medicine for patients on scientific bases.
