The regular meeting of the Council of the College of Dentistry at University of Baghdad was held during its thirtieth session on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Ismail Ibrahim, and in the presence of the assistant deans and heads of the scientific branches.
The meeting commenced with a review of the directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Presidency of the University of Baghdad, and the respected Dean. Discussions focused on enhancing academic and administrative performance and adopting the necessary decisions to ensure the best interests of the College. The Council also reviewed proposals submitted by the scientific branches, the Scientific Affairs Division, Graduate Studies, and Student and Administrative Affairs, with the aim of addressing labour market requirements.
This meeting was held as part of the College Council’s regular sessions, which aim to adopt appropriate decisions in accordance with the meeting agenda and in compliance with the applicable regulations and instructions, in pursuit of implementing the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of the University of Baghdad concerning the educational and academic process.
