The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad has made an exceptional achievement as it ranked first locally in the Shimako World Ranking (13th in the Arab world), five places ahead of 2024, and 319th globally, 139 places ahead of 2024. 

This ranking is an indication of the excellence and distinction enjoyed by the college in the field of dentistry. 

The Shimako World Ranking is based on three basic indicators that reflect the level of excellence and quality in scientific and academic work. These indicators include scientific innovations, the quality of scientific research, and community service. The fact that the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad issuing this ranking reflects the  efforts made by the college in developing scientific research and providing excellent services to the community. 

These achievements are a source of pride for the university and the scientific community in general, as they highlight the college’s commitment to providing education and scientific research at the highest level of quality and excellence. These results confirm the college’s leadership and its prominent role in the field of dentistry.
